applications, messaging tools, seller tools, buyer tools, payment-related features, integrations,

and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy applies to users who visit, access, register for, or use the Platform, including

buyers, sellers, manufacturers, distributors, business representatives, and other users.

storage, monitoring, and security.

B. Other Users and Transaction Counterparties

Certain information is disclosed to other users as part of the marketplace experience, such as

seller profile information, product listings, messages, quote content, order information, shipping

information, dispute materials, and business contact details, depending on the context of the

interaction.

C. Internal Business and Analytics Uses

product development, fraud prevention, research, security, service improvement, operational

status, partial account identifiers, billing details, fraud or risk signals, and related metadata. Full

payment card information may be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment

provider rather than by Suvu.

Direct off-platform transactions between users are not controlled by Suvu, and Suvu is not

responsible for the privacy or security practices of users who transact independently.

7. Data RetentionWe retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this

Privacy Policy, including to provide the Platform, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce

agreements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, exercise legal rights, support tax or

accounting obligations, and protect the Platform and users.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, the context in which it was

collected, applicable legal obligations, dispute risk, user requests, and operational necessity.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect
